A few weekend doodles and creations!

Well this weekend was a lot quieter than last - was lovely to have a lie in on Sunday but I did miss the excitement of a craft fair!

This did mean that I had time to work on a couple new designs, including a Siamese cat at the request of one of my lovely friends at uni (won't say their name on the off-chance the cushion recipient somehow stumbles on the blog - unlikely I know -  but would ruin a very thoughtful christmas pressie!)

Also been thinking about more designs for boys (both big and small) and thought a stegosaurus would be a fun start :)

Last week saw our first email order - hugely exciting! These two fellas are being delivered on Wednesday - think the colour combinations have worked really well.

Our first craft fair!

Today was a bit nerve-wracking but we've really enjoyed ourselves and have received some great feedback as well as some excellent suggestions and requests...already looking forward to dinosaur designs!!

The Calke Abbey riding school was a beautiful space to exhibit our products and the (mostly) good weather brought lots of dog walkers out and about :)

Thank you so much to all our friends and family who came to support us today.
Excited for the next craft fair already!!

6 days until our first fair!

It's been a while since I last posted - we've been very busy getting things ready for our first craft fair next Sunday at Calke Abbey!

It hasn't all been hard work though - two weekends ago for my boyfriend Jon's birthday we went to West Midlands Safari Park which provided inspiration for a few new cushion designs...

As much as I love the doggies it's been fun designing with new animals - any requests and suggestions are very welcome.

A snapshot of what you can expect to see at our stall next weekend (ignore my toes -  they will also be there next week - but not for sale - obviously!)
